Jesse Osborne Lanthier, conceptual artist based in Berlin, just released his new track ‘909 Problems But The Pitch Ain’t One’ taken from his upcoming cassette album  From A Flawed Apex Which Led To The Head (release in July).

We liked the fast euphoric pace of this material. We also liked how in a consistent fashion, sound is  swelling into this ecstatic pitch without necessarily reaching it.. Thus, this race becomes a fantasy; a contemporary utopian dreamscape without any forms of obscures enslavement..

“This album was made for labour equivalence.
A tax may be defined as a “pecuniary burden laid upon individuals or property to support the government […], a payment exacted by legislative authority.” A tax “is not a voluntary payment or donation, but an enforced contribution, exacted pursuant to legislative authority” and is “any contribution imposed by government […] whether under the name of toll, tribute, tallage, gabel, impost, duty, custom, excise, subsidy, aid, supply, or other name.” “
